Recent Woodturning
This was one of my favorite turnings created in 2025 .The process is called Open Segmented, hence the gaps between the segments. Each gap is 1 degree. It is created from Maple, Cherry, Yellow heart and Bloodwood. It is 9 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 inches tall. It has 811 pieces. It was created with a floating bottom.
